FAQs
My services are not currently covered by insurance, but receipts can be provided for health spending accounts.
No. Many people come to me because they do not have a clear diagnosis, but they know something feels off.
You may have normal labs but still feel tired, inflamed, foggy, overwhelmed, puffy, hormonally off, or disconnected from your body. You may also be navigating a new diagnosis and want support understanding what questions to ask and how to care for yourself day to day.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. That is often why people come.
Your doctor is there to diagnose, prescribe, order testing, manage medical conditions, and provide medical treatment.
My role is different. I help you understand the bigger picture of your health and daily life, organize your thoughts, prepare for better conversations with your care team, and make realistic lifestyle changes that support your wellbeing.
I do not replace medical care. I help support the space between medical advice and real life.

Start with a free Clarity Call to talk through what’s going on and get matched with the best next step.
Yes, most packages include messaging or check-ins between sessions for questions, updates, or support.
Many of the people I work with are experiencing ongoing symptoms but don’t yet have clear answers. These might include things like chronic fatigue, hormone imbalance, digestive issues, inflammation, brain fog, or other unexplained symptoms that make daily life feel harder than it should.
Often, clients have been told their tests are “normal,” yet they still don’t feel like themselves.
My role as a health coach is not to diagnose or replace medical care, but to help you step back and look at the bigger picture. Together we explore patterns in your lifestyle, nutrition, stress, and overall wellbeing so you can better understand what your body may be communicating and move forward with clearer next steps.
Many people find that having a space to connect the dots and ask questions helps them feel more confident and supported in their health journey.
Perfect, I can collaborate with your existing providers and help you bridge the gaps between appointments.
We begin by looking at the full picture of your health and daily life. Before we meet, you’ll complete a detailed health history so I can understand your symptoms, routines, stress, sleep, energy, nutrition, hormones, medical history, and what has been feeling unclear or unresolved.
In our sessions, we talk through what is going on, look for patterns, and identify realistic next steps. My role is to help you feel less overwhelmed, more organized, and more connected to what your body may be asking for. This is not about giving you a rigid plan. It is about helping you understand yourself better and make changes that fit into real life.
Monthly coaching is flexible, ongoing support, while the Intensive is a high-touch, structured short-term reset for those who want to fully understand their bodies and have long term success.
Programs offer, attention, education, support, and thoughtful guidance.
Many people are given health advice but do not always have someone to help them sort through it, connect the dots, or figure out what it means in daily life. I help you slow down, organize the information, notice patterns, ask better questions, and take realistic next steps.
You are not paying for a quick fix or a generic wellness plan. You are paying for support that is personal, practical, and grounded in your real life.
I help by listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and helping you make sense of what may feel scattered or confusing.
Together, we may look at sleep, stress, food, energy, digestion, hormones, inflammation, movement, routines, symptoms, bloodwork conversations, medical appointments, or health goals. I help you identify what feels most important, what may be connected, and what small steps could help you feel more steady.
My approach is warm, practical, and realistic. I do not believe people need more shame or more rules. Most people need clarity, support, and a place to begin.
