This is my personal experience navigating my health, and how my training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition shaped the way I support women today.
There was a time when I was doing everything right…
and still didn’t feel like myself.
From the outside looking in, nothing looked particularly wrong.
And honestly… nothing felt drastically wrong either.
It just didn’t feel right.
I was taking care of myself.
I was paying attention.
I was trying.
And still… something felt off.
That experience changed the way I see health.
Because sometimes it’s not about something being “wrong.”
It’s about something being missed.
